Plastic machining
Our company is also involved in the machining of engineering plastics, the design and manufacture of custom plastic parts and vacuum moulded logistics products.
We mainly design and manufacture plastic packaging for the automotive, metal and electronics industries for internal and external use.
We work mainly with the following raw materials:
ESD PS, PS, ABS, ABS-TPU, PET, APET, HDPE
Vacuum forming
Our automatic and semi-automatic vacuum forming machines are capable of working with up to 2400×1200 mm tablecloths up to 12 mm thick. We can produce single or multi-pass packaging materials in small batches or large volumes, even in ESD design.

CNC machining
On our CO2 laser cutting machine we can manufacture laser cut plastic products up to 1600×1200 mm in size and up to 4 mm thickness. For example, separators, other dividers.
On our 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines, we can even manufacture special-size separators, washing baskets, crate cutters, crate inserts and ESD versions.
